Amend a booking

If the activity in question starts in more than 24 hours, you can cancel it by contacting us at [email protected].

If the relevant activity starts in less than 24 hours, our customer service agents are available 24/7 to help you cancel your booking. You will receive a credit equivalent to the total amount of your reservation.

Please contact the local partner directly if you wish to update participant details. You will find their contact details on your confirmation voucher.

Why do I need to provide additional information?
For the smooth running of some experiences, the local partner may need additional information before your arrival, such as dietary restrictions, age or hotel address.
